Dr Graham Hawley, headmaster at Loretto School, has released his first video blog (Vlog) to chronicle his thoughts on his first few weeks in post since taking up the reins in September.
He’s joined in front of camera by his wife Rachel and the couple talk about what they both feel makes Loretto unique, getting to know the school community and Graham’s visits to Loretto Junior School.
The heads and deputy head of school Andrew Grant-Suttie, Esther Borsi and Christopher Sinclair talk about Loretto, some of their favourite memories and what it means to wear the iconic red Loretto jacket.
Jonathan Hewat, director of external affairs at the school, said: “The headmaster’s Vlog provides a wonderful vehicle for embedding Dr and Mrs Hawley into Loretto School as dynamically as possible. It is certainly a fun project and we will be producing at least one Vlog a term. We are already working on the next one!”
