The World Education Games are back

Pre-registration for the world’s largest online educational competition is now open to schools

The World Education Games, a free-to-enter global online event for schools and students returns on 13-15 October.

Organised by 3P Learning, the event is the expanded format of what was once World Maths Day and now includes World Literacy Day and World Science Day.

Over five million school students aged 4-18 from more than 200 countries and territories around the world participated in the 2013 event.

Pre-registration for the 2015 Games is now open. Once registered, pupils can practice for the competition by sharpening their maths, science and spelling skills in a variety of online ‘warm up’ activities.

The three-day competition will test students in a variety of friendly 60-second online games against the clock in spelling, maths and science. There are five different levels to play and 20 games on each level.

Jayne Warburton, CEO at 3P Learning said: “The aim of these games is to get children as excited about their education as they are about their sports and we’ll be announcing some fantastic celebrity ambassadors over the coming months.”

Now a biennial event, the Games are returning 13-15 October 2015 with some exciting new features – see for more information and to pre-register your interest.

Full registrations will open in September 2015.
