Stamford Endowed Schools (SES) have launched a new video showcasing their students and locations.
After six months of research, filming and production, the Stamford Endowed Schools released their new promotional video, entitled ‘#thisiswhere’. The video celebrates the passions, moments of pride, treasured memories and accomplishments that are rooted in life at the diamond structured school.
SES have been working with Loughborough based video production company, Affixxius Films. Production began in May with three days of filming across the three school sites, including over 50 students and members of staff. The Affixxius team came back again in June, with drone specialists Uppercut Productions to get the ‘big reveal’ shot of Stamford from the Town Bridge.
The video itself follows students throughout their time at Stamford Endowed Schools, where many pupils complete their entire educational journey, from Nursery to Sixth Form. The students recall key moments at the schools when life-long memories were forged.
Miles Latham, Senior Partner of Affixxius Films, said: “A big part of this project was to celebrate the place these young people come to learn. Stamford is a beautiful place, but at the same time you’re dealing with a very modern school. We’ve got really quite detailed and interesting performances from students within the school, and we’ve got a high degree of technical sophistication within this project. What I like about that is the fact that it matches the ambition of a very ambitious school.”
