Zip Heaters UK Ltd has launched its a single tap solution to the UK, designed to help caterers, restaurateurs and casual dining operators save money and build their green credentials.
Zip HydroTap incorporates energy-efficient, filtration and space-saving features and can deliver filtered, boiling, chilled and sparkling water in an instant.
Bottled water is one of the largest revenue streams for restaurants and contract caterers. However, with the UK consuming around three billion litres of bottled water a year, this has an enormous effect on the environment.
Zip HydroTap eliminates the need to produce plastic or glass bottles and consequently reducing any waste. The tap is capable of removing any odour, taste of chlorine and lead from drinking water and impurities as tiny as one five-thousandth of a millimetre.
