This combined experience enables them to deliver practical and innovative solutions.’

Simon Heald, VWV Managing Partner said: ‘2013/14 has been a particularly goodyear for us in terms of the size, number and profile of deals that we have undertaken. Our USP is our immersion in and commitment to the education sector as a whole. This means that we have a complete understanding of the commercial significance of the deals that we work on and the regulatory environment which applies.

“Few firms are ranked as leaders nationally for work undertaken in the whole of education – from nurseries to universities, investors in and suppliers to the sector. The number of education clients we have and the size of our team, is a clear demonstration of our continued commitment to the sector.

I am delighted that all the above and the hard work and dedication of our lawyers has been recognised.’
