Athletes from both King’s Ely Junior and King’s Ely Senior triumphed in the Isle of Ely District Athletics Championships, held in May in King’s Lynn, Norfolk.
Students fought hard for every point and it paid off, with the team winning an 22 gold, 15 silver and 15 bronze medals, resulting in them being crowned the overall winners.
The success came just days after King’s Ely students were victorious at this year’s Country Clubs Athletics Championships, held in Peterborough.
